First Highway Tunnels of the Sultanate of Oman opened to traffic.

The tunnels of Nidab and Al Aqq that are located on the 190km-long Al Sharqiyah Highway constructed by Özkar Construction Company have been opened to traffic as of January 20, 2020. These tunnels are the first in the Sultanate of Oman.

The electromechanical systems of the tunnels, which have been constructed with a length of 1.450 meters and 650 meters, respectively, comprising 2 double-tubes and 3-lanes in both directions, have been completed and delivered turnkey by MC Systems Company in a period as short as 6 months. 

Shining out with their superior construction technique and advanced technology, the tunnels have been project designed and constructed in full compliance with international norms and standards.

 

 

Menemen-Aliağa-Çandarlı Highway opened to traffic.

The highway which has been opened to traffic as of 29th October 2019 will give service under the name North Aegean Highway.

Within the scope of the project executed by IKA (IC Ictas, Kalyon) Izmir Highway Construction Ordinary Partnership, the electromechanical works of the 1040 meters long double-tube Buruncuk Tunnel and the intelligent transportation systems for the 90 kilometers long highway and access roads have been completed turnkey by MC Sistem Inc. in just 5 months. The North Aegean Highway will connect Izmir to the industrial zones in Aliağa and to Çandarlı Port at high standards, while the electromechanical systems and intelligent transportation systems will ensure the safety of traffic, life and property.

Ring Road opened in Gumushane province

The ring road in the Gumushane province with a length of 11.25 km, which regulates the traffic in the city of Gumushane, was opened by the President of the Republic of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan. The electromechanical works of the Gümüşhane highway, which is 17 km long, 9 tunnels, 13 bridges and 4 viaducts, has been completed by MC Sistem. The construction was made by the construction company of Cengiz İnşaat which is remarkable for its modern construction techniques and its superior quality. The electromechanical tunnel works of the Gümüşhane highway were completed in 14 months as it is the largest electromechanical tunnel work under a single contract in Turkey.

The construction of the power supply systems of the Socar Administrative Building has been completed.

MC Sistem completed the construction of power supply systems for the Socar Administration Building in the Aliaga area of ​​Izmir. The systems of medium voltage, low voltage, generator, transformer, cabling and other building systems have been completed by MC Sistem on a turnkey basis. It is planned to put the building into operation in October of this year.

Sabuncubeli Tunnel has been opened for traffic

The Sabuncubeli Tunnel was opened to traffic by Prime Minister Binali YILDIRIM at a ceremony held on June 10, 2018. The construction of the tunnel with a length of 4,130 meters and consisting of 2 tubes was constructed by the Izmir Insaat Partnership, and the turnkey electromechanical work was completed within 5 months by MC Sistem. The tunnel between Manisa and Izmir with heavy traffic has electromechanical systems with a high level of safety and operation standards. 

MC Sistem signed Kuwait International Airport T4 Support Terminal Control and Security Systems Agreement with Cengiz İnşaat.

MC Sistem signed Kuwait International Airport T4 Support Terminal Control and Security Systems Agreement with Cengiz İnşaat. Kuwait International Airport is designed to have 55.000 m2 indoor area and has 200.000 m2 outdoor area and annual 4.5 million passenger capacities. Under Scope of the Agreement MC Sistem has started design and installation of Network equipment, TV/IP System, Voice/IP System Central Clock System, Access Control System, CCTV System, PA System, BMS (Building Management System), Horizontal and Backbone Cabling System and Room Equipment.

As Yüngül İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş is the main contractor of Erzincan Çağlayan Intersection Underpass

As Yüngül İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş is the main contractor of  Erzincan Çağlayan Intersection Underpass, Electric, Lighting , Traffic and Control systems were completed and put in traffic by MC Sistem, on November 6th, 2017. 

MC Sistem has signed Dudullu Bostancı Metro Line, Control and Communication System turnkey Contract with Şenbay Kolin Kalyon İş Ortaklığı.

Metro line has 14,2 km length with 13 stations and 1 depot area. MC Sistem undertakes turnkey solutions for Radio System,IP/MPLS Transmission System, Onboard Communication System, Fire Detection System, Access Control System, Public Announce, CCTV System, Central Clock, Passenger Information System, Telephone System,Parking Control Sistem, in scope of the Contract.

President of Turkish Republic has visited Ovit Tunnel Worksite

President of Turkish Republic, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has surveyed our productions at Ovit worksite. Ovit Tunnel, which is the longest at Turkey and third longest tunnel in the World, productions continues at full speed.  While the construction is carried by Cengiz İnşaat as the Main contractor, turnkey electromechanical works are undertaken MC Sistem. In accordance with the contract between Cengiz İnşaat and Mc Sistem, Ovit Tunnels will be put in to service in December. Ovit Tunnel has a significant importance of connecting Black Sea Region and East Anatolia Region with having 15 km distance at 2.000 meter altitude.

 

MC Sistem has begun Electromechanics production of TEM and Yonca Tunnels...

MC Sistem has begun Electromechanics production of TEM and Yonca Tunnels, in scope of Sabiha Gökçen Runway Extension Project. After second Runway installation to Sabiha Gökçen Airport, airplane and passenger volume will increase significantly. Electromechanical Works agreement was signed between Main Contractor, YSE Yapı and MC Sistem on 01.12..2016. After first tube will be opened to traffic at the end of May,2017;  infilling works will be started. 

Mutu Tunnels, which are located on Erzincan Erzurum state road...

Mutu Tunnels, which are located on Erzincan Erzurum state road, has been put into service on 19.12.2016. While Tunnels’ main construction has been undertaken by Özdemir İnşaat, electromechanical works has been completed by MC Sistem. Bidirectional duplex tube tunnels’ electric, lighting, traffic control and automation works has been successfully implemented according to the agreement between Özdemir İnşaat and MC Sistem.   

Electromechanical assignments of T2’s and T3’s tunnels...

Electromechanical assignments of T2’s and T3’s tunnels, which are located on Ordu Topçam Devletyolu, are finished and put into service by MC Sistem on 24.11.2016, while KANYON İnşaat was the main contractor. MC Sistem successfully implemented electrical, lighting, traffic control and automation systems of the bidirectional tunnels per the contract, signed with KANYON İnsaat.

MC Sistem has signed an agreement upon electromechanics assignments of Malatya Airport Maintenance Shed and Siirt Airport Apron Construction.

MC Sistem has signed an agreement upon electromechanics assignments of Malatya Airport Maintenance Shed and Siirt Airport Apron Construction. While TAI is the main contractor of the project, Unitek takes the responsibility of being turnkey contracter. Project's electromechanical responsibility has been given to MC Sistem. These systems will be completed in a short term, such as 6 Months.

Erzincan Gendarmerie Junction underpass was opened to traffic.

Electrical, lighting, traffic and control systems works of Erzincan Gendarmerie Junction underpass whose construction was performed by Yüngül İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. were completed on December 26, 2015 by MC Sistem. The underpass was opened to the traffic on the same day.

NRTH-100C System Development Work to Start

MC System, gothas started to develop NRTH-100C Signalization System consisting of an electronic interlocking and generic practical CTC software. System to be developed will provide safe train operation by eliminating human errors and making it impossible for the determination of the erroneous path dispatchers with high level security.

Developing system is appropriate to UIC, EN50126, EN50128, EN50129, EN50159, CENELEC & GOST Standard and can be easily configured according to the country's operating conditions of use.

The system is basically planned to use in the field of depot and station field signaling, but can also be used easily in main lines as is based on the SSI (Solid State Interlocking) technology.

MC system will perform all certification steps of developed system with his accumulated experience.

MC System signed the turnkey contract in Algeria for Naciria Tunnel Electromechanical Works

MC System signed a turnkey contract with “ÖZGÜN Inşaat” for Naciria Tunnel Electromechanical Works. Naciria Tunnel is located on the railway line between Thenia thiz-Ouzou in Algeria. The tunnel is 1516 meters length and has advanced electromechanical systems. Electromechanical systems to be installed into the tunnel will be controlled from the Control Center built in the station complex. System to be established in accordance with the International Railway Safety standards will comply with the signaling system.

MC System signed the turnkey contract in in Iraq for Gali Zakho Tunnel Electromechanical Works

MC System signed a turnkey contract with “LİMAK Inşaat” for Gali Zakho Tunnel Electromechanical Works. 2x2 lane road tunnel connects Duhok City to the town Zakho located in the north-west of Duhok. Tunnel passes through the mountain and consists of two 3,590-meter tube.

Gali Zakho Tunnel which provides a safe and comfortable transportation on trade-way between Turkey and the Iraqi Kurdish Regional Government is expected to provide significant benefits on general economic development of the region.

In the “Design and Built” contract context, MC system will integrate appropriate electromechanical systems in according to "Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council". All systems will work via SCADA System in the Control Center with automatic scenarios
